Infant Foster Care
The Pregnancy Center provides foster care for infants while allowing the birth mother time to reach a decision that is best for her infant, whether that be to raise her infant or place her infant for adoption.
Foster care is time limited, temporary care. The foster family provides parental care while working with an agency staff person who provides supervision of the placement.
Catholic Charities is licensed to provide foster family care by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
Foster homes providing care for Catholic Charities are approved by the agency and must meet all Department of Public Welfare regulations.
